It took me 3 trips to my room on the 3rd floor before my room keys would work. The front desk staff was arguing about who would let me in my room as I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes. After a long day of driving, I just wanted to get to my room and relax. The ac unit did not work in my room and was extremely hot and uncomfortable. most channels on the tv did not work. The hotel, and my room itself were pleasant and clean. The breakfast was good with a decent variety.
