"Viktigast av allt när man bor på hotell och pensionat är givetvis att det går att sova. Rummet "Phoenix" har en allmän uteplats/terrass precis utanför där andra gäster kan äta skilda måltider. All konversation hörs rakt in i rummet. Utöver detta, är ovanvåningen också hotellrum och maken till lyhört har vi aldrig varit med om. Varje steg, ord och spolande toa hördes tydligt. Två nätter utan ordentlig sömn. Tredje natten fick vi byta rum och kunde sova. Tack och det för upp betyget från 1 till 2."
