Perfectly nice place with clean rooms, good breakfast buffet, although watching for seagulls if you sit outside for your breakfast...seagulls stole mine twice!! Not hotels fault. Good location round the corner from Trianglen station. Overall berry good.
Our stay at Hotel N Hostel was mixed. The property was clean, the staff were friendly, and communication before our stay was very good.
Unfortunately, we were assigned Room 111, which is located directly outside the breakfast area, literally only about a metre away. As a result, the morning traffic and noise from guests heading to breakfast started very early and regularly woke us up.
Another issue was the room doors throughout the property, which seemed to bang shut rather than close softly. This created a constant level of noise both early in the morning and throughout the day.
When we raised these concerns with the staff, they were polite and friendly, but we felt there was limited understanding of how disruptive the noise was for guests trying to rest.
Overall, the hotel has several positives, particularly its cleanliness and helpful staff, but the noise levels and the location of certain rooms may significantly affect the quality of your stay.
I was late to check in due to a delayed flight so missed the staff however they were so useful on the phone and allowed me to check in late. They then checked I was okay the following morning. I was offered a fresh set of towels and a room clean mid way through my stay. Staff were very friendly throughout.
What a fantastic place to stay! We had never been to Sweden before and we were really looking forward to the trip. Staying here was absolutely the very best choice that I could have made. The staff were super friendly and veery helpful. We checked in early and were made to feel exceptionally welcome. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were really brilliant. Honestly, we were so happy with our stay and we didn't want to go home. Thanks to everyone at the hotel. We hope to return soon when it's not quite so cold!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Need some improvements
The water went down very slowly (in other words stop) in the sink. The shower area was surrounded by a hanging plastic that could not cover the area completely. Wall to wall carpet in the room is not very healthy or environmentally friendly in my opinion. There was a unfresh smell in the room.
Otherwise, the place was perfect in the middle of the city. Breakfast was great.
I spent a night with my family there during winter (private 3 bed room with shared toilet). The experience was very pleasant.
+ Very polite & welcoming receptionists
+ Spacious & clean room with quite comfortable beds
+ Carpeted common areas = cozy feeling
+ Cute & colourful decor
+ Fast Wi-Fi (no password)
+ Convinient card key system for both room & entrance
+ Sheets & towels, provided
+ Clean & spacious kitchen
+ No problems (like noise) from other guests.
+ Locked windows at the upper floor for safety purposes (slightly opens for fresh air)
Honourable mention: the common areas were lovely scented (nothing strong if you worry about allergies) and I HAD to ask the cleaning lady what does she use so I can buy it for home 😅
Minor minuses:
- the room's windows only had blinds (no curtains) & some light would pick through at night.
- At the upper floor, one toilet had hand drying machine & the other didn't, and the soap at the one toilet had ended. So we had to use the toilet where the soap was and dry our hands at the other toilet.
- VERY warm room. A plus to me but if you're someone who likes a cooler environment while sleeping then you might have to slightly open the window at night.
• I think that the elevator had space for one wheelchair but I'm not sure, it was quite small. All the doors though had automatic opening function👍
☆ The overall quality doesn't match a hostel but a very decent & lovely hotel. Pleasantly surprised and we would stay there again.
I've stayed in hotels and hostels all around the world. Never have I stayed in a hotel n hostel previously. You're own room, but with hostel facilities. The room is basic, like, very basic, bit you have a common room with TV in there. Just have to watch what others are watching.
Microwaves, sinks, cookers, with showers toilets and even has a beer garden. My room, whilst basic, had a balcony overlooking the city. Was a nice change. Would recommend if you are looking for hostels but want a very good nights sleep.
This place is nice, simple, there is a shared kitchen with fine equipment, there is shelves for your food and space in refrigerator.
The room is simple, and the staff is kind and easy to contact before coming to the hostel.
If you are sensitive and book a single room, remember to bring earbuds. It is a little loud, when people go on the hallways. But thats it.
Overall a great experience.
