"Excellent value for a clean, updated room with a stunning view. Staff was great, and even provided takeaway breakfast items before an early flight. 5 minute walk from center of ravello if you’re willing to hike up many stairs.

"Where to begin!? The property is gorgeous and conveniently located; right across from a beautiful beach, a short walk to the ferry/bus stops, and just a few more minutes walk to neighbouring Minori (also an easy bus/ferry ride to all the other popular towns along the Amalfi Coast) The breakfast was wonderful and the attending staff were so warm and friendly even in the earliest of hours! Check in was a breeze and our room was beautiful and spacious. We were a little disappointed we didn’t get a room on a higher floor, but there was a little mix up communication-wise and the front desk attendants were trying their best to accommodate us. The star of our trip was Angelo, from the moment we got there till the minute we left, he went above and beyond to ensure he made us feel like absolute VIPs. We can’t sing his praises enough! Hotel San Francesco and the town of Maiori will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It all felt like a second home in paradise and we can’t wait to come back!"
"My sisters and I just finished out 5 night stay at Hotel Panorama for a sisters trip. I cannot stop telling friends and family about our trip to Italy and the hotel.
We got private transportation to pick us up from Naples airport to the hotel the gentleman was respectful and helped us load our bags. Same gentlemen helped with hotel to airport at the end of the stay. Email the hotel 24 hours before your visit to confirm transportation needs and price. Front desk staff spoke English well and helped throughout our stay with things to do, making sure we are well taken care of etc. Hotel breakfast was great with a beautiful view. They also have a restaurant that has great food for dinner. Lobby has a huge seating area if needed, and there is a pool as well. Housekeeping were also extremely friendly like the front desk staff. There is a working safe in the room which we used. Bathroom was spacious. The area in general is extremely safe.
If I come back to this city I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. "
"The residence is beautiful! The pool was huge and very clean. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ferry. The balcony had a lovely view of of the pool and neighborhood (but not the ocean or beach). The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They also let us leave our bags with them at check out so we could continue exploring the area before catching our ferry. I also highly recommend Maiori. Its a beautiful beach town on the Amalfi coast with stunning views, beautiful water, and gorgeous beaches!"
