"Asia and Tarik were unbelievably nice and helpful. I have never had such good service. It’s 148 steps down and 148 steps back up, but was so worth it. We had the junior suite which is off by itself and secluded. Asia called us a week before and the morning of. She met us at the top of the stairs and walked us down to our room and took took the time to explain everything and answered our questions. The view is one of a kind. This is definitely a must."

"Do they know the meaning of the words:HUMAN, HUMANITY, RESPECT,PROFESSIONALISM,HOW TO DO BUSINESS,HOW TO RESPECT when someone submitted MEDICAL PAPERS that explains why someone CAN NOT TRAVEL AND THE TRIP NEEDS TI BE CANCELED? That was MY SITUATION and they TOOK MY MONEY and never ANSWERED. As simple as that THEY ARE THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH. Please, THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM. "

"This hotel is special for so many reasons. All the staff were excellent and so helpful and kind and attentive. Claudia and Enrico were exceptional and we got to know them. So super kind. Rooms had everything you could want and were perfectly cleaned and detailed. Breakfast was special with so many options and the views were unbelievable from our own balcony. We were very touched by our stay at the hotel and the people that own and work there❤️❤️❤️"
