"The staff were excellent. The only issues were finding access initially to the building which has been under repair for years and the condition of the ground floor of the building. There is no external signage to the property just their name appears beside buttons next to locked wooden doors. It appears that they don’t exist and the address is an abandoned building. I couldn’t initially find the enterance. "

"Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Pasquale, who immediately helped us find a parking spot. The building was beautiful and very clean, and the neighborhood felt extremely safe.The apartment was perfect for us — spacious, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need to prepare meals. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the refrigerator, which we thoroughly enjoyed.The bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the air conditioning before bedtime. One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings after spending our days exploring Salerno, Amalfi, and Ravello.Pasquale was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He provided maps, local tips, and wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to do. "The property had a great view, close to everything-train station, marina, shopping and restaurants. My only suggestions would be to have an iron available and another key for the door as if 1 person left the property, they could not lock the door as the person remaining could not escape in case of a fire."

The manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. You can truly tell they care about their guests. By far, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to Italy. Highly recommended! Book it without fear we stay there for 5 nights "
