"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service. Thank you to all the staff for making this an amazing trip! It’s definitely hard to leave...

Rooms give an old classical feel which was nice change, different from modern city hotels. Good size bathroom and balcony with chairs to sit. Only downside is road noise in the night in the room, rooms could be better soundproof No complimentary water in the room"

"Great property with views along the Amalfi coast, I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant menu is limited but very good quality, they could do with some snack options. "Casa Aurora is nice. The bummer was driving to the location as was very stressful. I would recommend traveling anywhere on the Almafi coast with a local driver instead of renting a car. The parking was an additional 25 euros, so we parked on the street, but if you have young kids and luggage that becomes a bit tricky. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was accommodating."

"Such a beautiful property! Located in a great place with an amazing view if you go on the rooftop patio! Room was nice and spacious. Small walk to get down to the private beach that is gorgeous. It’s a bit longer of a walk to get into town, definitely doable minus the days we arrived and left cause we were lugging large backpacks around. One thing to note is that you do not check in at the location, you check in at the Regina hotel in town before going up. We made that mistake but they do tell you. Our host was so nice and drove us up the keys… thank god because we had such a long day! Over all great experience. There is lots of stairs to climb, but you are staying in an area where everything is stairs so that makes sense. There is a jacuzzi on the roof, it is not a hot tub more like a cold tub ha ha, which would most likely be nice in the summer, but it was a bit cold when we went. Overall great experience. "
