It was kinda confusing to figure out where to go when you first arrive. Place looks like an apartment building. After a lot of walking around and calling, I figured out that the reception is on the 2nd floor. They should tell you this information when you book. Besides that, the room was fine, nothing special. Location is great.

We have a home in Pamplona and stay in Madrid the night before heading back to Texas. We love the Plz Santa Ana, but recently it's mostly closed off to construction. Our favorite restaurant is down the street Prada a Tope. Great place. So we just need a bed and this works, but the price doubled in a year - so we may be looking for another place.

great for 1-2 nights for me and my partner

We only stayed one night here and it was perfect for that. The location was very good - lots of restaurants near and close to the metro. Check in and out was super easy. A little street noise in the middle of the night from a nearby bar but not terrible. My only very minor complaints were that the plugs were loose so my phone didn't charge, and the towels were like sandpaper! But seriously, the location and the room itself were exactly what we needed it to be.

The property on it’s own is fine, it’s clean and roomy but there other features that are worth considering. 1. The concierge service is almost non existent, mind you when you find them, they are nice and polite. 2. For me this was the biggest drawback: The property gives you one access card and like an all inclusive you need to plug it into the “activation” holder and once you take it out the power shuts down in the room including fridge and AC. Tje concept is OK but what if one person wants to stay in ?? It was quite annoying. 3. You need to request service which again is fine bit how will I know that the little sliders on the doors mean that? there are no signs explaining that. We stayed in Barcelona and in Seville for around the same price range so maybe my expectations were higher than expected but having two access cards and a present concierge is not asking for a lot!

Excelente ubicación

La verdad fue una muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es más que excelente. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran es el aire acondicionado. Hacia un poco de ruido pero funcionaba bastante bien. Y tal vez optimizar la limpieza en el área de la regadera. Todo lo demás perfecto. Me volvería a hospedar con ellos sin dudarlo

Para el dinero q cuesta, no me gustó nada q el aplique de la ducha estuviera roto, me duché con agua fria, muy desagradable. Pero mi marido no pudo ducharse. Me dijeron en recepcion una chica q ya sabian q estaba rota. Y luego otra q reclamé, me dijo q teniamos q haber avisado, y en minutos habrian solucionado el problema. Mi respuesta: si ya me tengo q ir. No me da tiempo a nada. Y segundo. Si ya sesabia q estaba roto, porque no se arregla antes? Lo mejor de todo es q te cobran la habitacion completa. Cuando no se ha utilizado bien por culpa de las malas condiciones. Estoy decepcionada.
