It is a practical and functional 30 m2 street view apartment for 2 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the second floor and the building has a lift.



In the bedroom you will find a 1.35 cm double bed dressed with its bedding, split air conditioning cold/heat and space to store your belongings.



The accommodation also has a comfortable single sofa bed, TV and a small dining area in the living room.



You have a modern bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.

We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.



The kitchenette is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 2 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
