"Nice convenient stay for an early am departure. Would seriously benefit from an airport shuttle. It is walking distance to the airport, but a taxi cost 40 euro. The hotel could charge 10 a person and make killing."

"The room was very basic with bath and shower in the actual bedroom. It was cold however with a/c and bed was comfortable. No tea and coffee in room. It’s walkable from Milan Linate as well about 8-10 minutes. We wouldn’t stay there again the metro is excellent from Milan it’s better to stay there and catch the metro to the airport. "

"The hotel is in a good central location to walk to and explore Citta Alta and Citta Bassa in Bergamo. Room conditions were good, it was spacious and clean. Sufficient closet space, which is beginning to be a problem at hotels. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Wonderful evening view of the Venetian walls and Citta Alta. "Directions to the shuttle locations were easy to follow. Rooms were large by European standard, clean and fresh. Bed was firm and comfortable. If arriving by car be sure to bear hard right under the Best Western sign to reach the hotel - our driver the night we arrived struggled."
