Beautiful place

Very beautiful place and hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Needs a bit of renovations in rooms and amenities, but it isn’t anything major or will have effect on stay. Recommend it everyone, especially for couples wanting to spend time alone.

Beautiful rural setting, quiet and peaceful. Not easily reachable by public transport. If you have a car, no problem, there is free parking. Room was nice and big. However window was too high to look outside which felt a bit awkward. Staff was generally very friendly and helpful.

This property was very confusing when booking and became even more confusing when we arrived. In the pictures they show the castle property which leads you to believe that its part the overall property and you have access to the grounds. No you don't. The old castle property belongs to someone else and you do not even have access to walk around the grounds. It's quiet as your out in the country so not possible to walk to restaurants. We choose to stay and eat at the hotel for the convenience. Food is fine but nothing special. Staff were good. The room had a broken scones light that should have been fixed a long time ago. We were disappointed as the pictures lead us to believe one thing and found something very different. My wife and I both commented that if they had not portrayed it as part of the castle we would have still stayed here. They are using the photo to attract guests so based on that we are giving a lower score.

The property was convenient to stay for the night before flight home from Bergamo Airport. Room was clean and comfortable…little in the way of hot beverages. A bit disappointed with restaurant menu, not a lot of choice and because it was quite busy we were put in the small cafe like room to the side of dining area…which was beautifully presented, our table and chairs were not. Staff very friendly and pleasant but we felt we were forgotten about because of the room we were in

The location is literally in the middle of no where - not super easy to access. The room was really hot. Breakfst was bleh and dinner options were not many. The property on the outside is beautiful and if you are looking for just an escape from everything - it has that charm. The staff was very sweet and accomodating.
