"Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes. It also had a few requirements (where trash goes).We arrived and used the toilet once and found it backed up, there was no plunger available. "Easy parking in the back, short drive to many good restaurants, clean space and comfy beds."

"The building is recently renovated so furniture etc are all new. Although I was anxious about the neighborhood at first, there was off street parking, and the apartment was very quiet and private.it was safe and comfortable. As an added bonus there were snacks (which we loved as we got in and were very tired and hungry). Communication with owner was fast and easy. Would stay here again."
