Tidy bedroom. Smelled a bit of smoke. Asked for a quiet room for a 3 am flight. Staff put me across from laundry, next to vending machines, with a loud party going on jn an adjoining room. It was NOT fully booked up.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay and arrived at 2 AM after a 7-hour drive with my wife, expecting to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong mold smell throughout the room. We found hair on the bed and even on one of the bath towels. The other towel had yellow stains, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even take a shower. We ended up covering the bed with our own clothes just to be able to rest for a few hours after such a long drive. The next morning, we decided to book another hotel for the second night. When I spoke to the receptionist and requested a refund for the unused night, he showed no concern, didn’t apologize, and refused to help. His attitude made the situation even worse. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is not a hotel this is a transition house and/or something else. No se unity , the rooms are dingy and there is no tub only a shower For the money they want it’s laughable. I requested my money back due to lack of security due to men eakkkng around the building smoking - groups of men pulling up to a hotel as if there was a party of some sort about to take place . The GM stated they are independently owned therefore they do not care to refund me my money even though I did not stay !!! Expedia supervisors were gracious e ugh to to refund me 75 percent of what I paid …if you value your safety do not !!!! Book a room here- did o mention the man with a pike of clothes in a plastic bag ? Yeah this is NOT a regular hotel people

The room was good, we didnt have house keeping in at all because we didnt need it. We took our own trash out daily. The breakfast was not what we thought. We was there a week it was the same breakfast every day with no variety. And the pool was advertised as heated which is the only reqson we choose that hotel and it in fact was not heated which made ulit where we was unable to use it. That was disappointing. And tgen Thanksgiving night and Friday night there was some hockey player on our floor playing hockey in the hall till late. And and loud music on Friday night. We paid a lot of money to stay there we plan on coming back to Michigan in the summer we are very doubtful that we are going to stay with Comfort Inn.
