"There was no hottub as it listed, no breakfast or free light dinner either. Food had to either be ordered via the hotel or door dash. The kids were kicked out of the pool early for "adult only swim". There is no microwave on site. My family has been coming to this hotel for years due to the family environment and above amenities and feel very decieved. I would not recommend if this is for a family stay."

"There was a hockey team, cheer or gymnastics team. Kids ran up and down until 1am. The pool was closed Saturday for some chemical filtering. I wanted high floor but was on 6th floor. I was on the side of a highway in which I could hear the cars. Underneath pullout couch was a sick, a cookie and other crumbs. The heating system made noise all night until I got up and turned off and then we were cold. The bartender did not know how to make a good Long Island. I had to pay $30 for 2 nights for parking. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. This was the most horrible experience I ever experienced at a Embassy hotel or any hotel. Staff should hold the customers accountable for their kids. Never again will I go to this hotel again. "

"The Hamptons have always been my favorite I used to go to the one in Clinton township and it was the most cleanest the cleanest hotel room in world and the most comfortable and I kept going there and when I can move to Troy I started going to this morning Troy and it is really nice"

"Breakfast was not at the level of the hotel average, just waffle and bagel with cream cheese, the good thing that coffee was available all the time. Staff was friendly, location was good and has multiple options for shopping ( just a bit far from downtown)"
