The staff are professional and very accommodating. The view is outstanding and the included breakfast is quite good. If we’re in Funchal again, we’ll be coming back.

Great 3star Hotel in City Centre
We were given a warm welcome on arrival. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, serviced everyday. Bathroom was adequate, face cloths were a lovely, extra, welcome surprise. Breakfast room comfortable and array of choices good. Plain yoghurt was excellent as was scrambled egg! Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a perfect location. Roof terrace is great, sun loungers very comfortable. Bar offers snacks and drinks all of which are reasonably priced.
