"The property is clean and well kept. The air conditioning in the lobby and bar/restaurant area was out which was unfortunate. The breakfast was very good and the staff handling it was very friendly and efficient. The first room we had was clean and comfortable but out TV stopped working and maintenance couldn't get it working so the next day the head maintenance guy still couldn't figure it out so after a little over 2 hours they moved us to an upgraded room which was very nice and everything went smoothly after that. After the first couple of nights, we left our room at about 10:30AM and left out make up room light on. We returned about 4:30 and no one had been to out room. A little after 5pm when we started getting ready for dinner and showering, a housekeeper knocked to ask if we wanted them to make up the room. We were not able to let them in then. Not sure what the policy is, but that wasn't good timing for us. Other than that, our stay was really nice. The additional charge for parking seemed unnecessary and I would prefer that things like that are included, at least for 1 vehicle. There was a lot of space in the parking lot not being used so it didn't seem to be a shortage causing them to charge extra."

"We were in an ocean view balcony studio. When we first walked in, everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As we checked around the studio, which really was a separate bedroom and a separate living room kitchen. The door to the balcony in the bedroom was totally inoperative so we could not use that balcony. The door to the balcony in the living room worked, but you could not lock it. There was no thermostat in the room to give you any temperature control. The way they had it set. It was cold, but that was OK. There was a Jacuzzi in the bathroom which held water but didn’t work. There was a lamp on the desk that didn’t work. I think that’s because there was no place to plug it in. All the plugs were used for other things. The room did have a full-size refrigerator and a stove and a dishwasher. We have no idea if those worked because we didn’t try to use them."

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First of all, I was charged $180 for an alleged smoking violation, which is completely unacceptable because I do not smoke at all. This charge was unfair, unjustified, and feels like nothing more than a scam. When I called to dispute the charge, the experience became even more frustrating. The front desk employee did not even know my room number, despite the fact that I was currently staying at the hotel. If they cannot even correctly identify a guest’s room, how can they confidently claim that a smoking violation occurred? This entire situation felt like a complete rip-off. The room itself was in terrible condition. The beds were dirty and sandy, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was a bucket collecting water near the air conditioner, which clearly showed a lack of maintenance. The trash can was broken, the curtains were torn, and everything looked old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The amenities were also disappointing. The towels were extremely small, there was no sugar for the coffee, and there wasn’t even ice available in the room. What makes this even worse is that the photos on the hotel’s website are completely misleading. The property shown online looks nothing like the actual hotel. In reality, everything appears deteriorated, outdated, and in poor condition. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, misleading advertising, and the completely unjustified $180 charge, this"
