Super clean apartment overall decent building. But the room lacked adequate blankets on a cold Florida at night. Other than that a truly Great value with incredible views!

Check in was a bit frustrating, we only stayed for one night and the desk lady had us use a tablet to fill out a form which took a while. I feel like there could be a better solution, never had to do that anywhere else. Seems useless and inconvenient, after a long day we just wanted to get inside. Although the apartment was clearly outdated, it was clean. We had a nice view. And they also offered us a day pass after checking out since we had a latter flight. We really appreciate that, spent that day by the pool. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs, overall a pleasant experience. Also plenty of parking and did not have to pay for it, which was unusual for the area!

Friendly, helpful staff! Our 1st unit had no hot water, but they responded quickly and Steve did his best to correct the problem. Nothing worked so they happily moved us to a new unit. The ocean view was fabulous and unit was very clean. The only negativthe musty smell and check in and out times.

I just wish it was back to pre hurricane status. 1 elevator was working the whole week, no deck, no pool, no hottub. No smoking on the entire premises, had to stand on the street corner. Overall a good place, but they need to hustle on their rebuild and maintenance.
