"This is a very nice, spacious, clean, well equipped and well-furnished property within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Do note that one of the 5 bedrooms that's right next to the kitchen is tiny and not particularly comfortable, so I would treat this house more as a 4-bedroom, especially for a longer stay. Although it is Atlantic City, it is right across the street from the next town over, and the neighborhood is quite nice. Just a few minutes drive south (away from Atlantic City) there are lots of restaurant, bars and ice cream parlors in a nice walkable setting. We really enjoyed our stay and had no complaints whatsoever. Do keep in mind that there are no beach facilities other than a public bathroom in that area so I would recommend bringing food/water/snacks to the beach with you."

"This was my first Vrbo experience. My daughter and I wanted to get away and recharge before the beginning of school, soccer, dance started coupled with my busy schedule as the top agent for the real estate team I represent in upstate NY. The property was more than we needed but gave us the option to spread out and relax. Renting the house saved us money on meals as we cooked in for all meals but 2 during a 3 night 4 day stay. The house was exactly what was advertised. We were also happy to experience the 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk was correct. It's almost liek the owners walked it themselves. The owner was more than forthcoming with information on the area and the house, coupled with reimbursement for a propane tank on the grill that needed replacement. As soon as I messaged the cost, he had it reimbursed to my CC. The neighborhood was quiet, filled with year round residents who were more than happy to provide their favorite spots. Grocery store was 5 minute drive from the house and Atlantic City was only 10 minutes away. Ocean City Boardwalk, recommended for families, was 15 minutes away. It was wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and the schedule but what made it even better was the house we rented. We didn't need to worry about ANYTHING and were sad to see our trip and our time at the house come to an end. We will definitely be looking to rent out other properties from this owner in the future. "

"We've stayed in a number of rental properties in Ventnor since we come each year. This property recently was sold to a new host. I had to try multiple times to contact the host through VRBO and got no response up to the day before we were leaving for our trip. Finally the prior host called the new host but I only got information about how to access the property 15 min before check-in time. House is nice but safety issues included a lack of working smoke detectors (installed but no batteries) and no carbon monoxide detectors. This beach house had a single bath towel per person and NO beach towels and no beach tags though it said complimentary beach tags were included. One of the toilets was broken the entire time we were there (notified the host on arrival). The lack of off-street parking is an issue on the weekends. Good location and clean property with central air conditioning."

"This is a fantastic property located in Margate close to shops, dining and the beach. A terrific neighborhood. House is immaculate and up to date with new furnishings. Parking in the neighborhood can be tricky during the holiday weekends but this house comes with a driveway for two cars. We had a wonderful family getaway."
