"The receptionist was cheerful and very helpful. The private courtyard/garden on the north side of the unit was a particularly pleasant. Having to wash dishes in the bathroom handbasin next to the toilet was a disappointing feature."

"Started off badly. The reception was closed at 4pm which was a cold reception after a long day travelling. The room could have been cleaner. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my 2 nights at the lodge and the girl in the reception was actually a huge embassador for your company "

The staff were really friendly, always with smiles on their faces and very helpful as well as accommodating. The location was also very ideal since it’s only a short walk to the lakefront. "Brilliant stay. Views of the lake, mountains, marina superb. Very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms convenient for our family of 4. Great location with bus stop a few steps away, petrol station is opposite and the Frankton shopping centre close by for essentials. Beautiful walking/bike track to Frankton “beach” and beyond. A portable clothes horse would be handy because most of our clothes items cannot be tumbled dried. "

"just one night stay. location is great. right in front of the lake wakatipu in QT. A small kitchenette comes handy to cook or warm up food. Water pressure is good. We stayed on the ground floor, so the window in the bathroom is not suitable to be open as motel's workers walk pass through the hallway frequently. No privacy. "
