"We had a wonderful stay at this amazing gite, managed and owned by Neil and Kay. The communication before our stay was brilliant. When we got there we had a lovely welcome, a guided tour and information and there was a really great welcome pack of wine, bread, butter, cheese, milk, orange juice, flowers from the garden decorating the downstairs and a information pack, well written with loads of recommendations. "What isn't evident from the photos is that this gîte is made up of an older part and a new "tower" part - but that both are now to the same, modern standards. People should be aware that three of the rooms are on the three floors (inc ground) of the tower, so there are quite a few stairs which may be daunting for some. "Stayed 4 nights at Saint Sever des Pyrenees and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kirsten, Anthony and Scoobie the dog are great hosts - very welcoming, easy going and knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. Located on the edge of a small attractive village surrounded by a beautiful landscape, views to the Pyrenees from your bedroom window, it really is a special spot. There is also a train station a short drive away for exploring the stunning city of Toulouse. Really is a relaxing...
