"The first room we had smelled moldy and unclean staff at the counter offered to change the room for a better one for exchange of an $80.00 fee. That room was 1105 which had air conditioning problems it took them four days with the promise to send some one to resolve the issue and no one showed up after speaking with a supervisor on the fourth night we were change to another room again Room # 1335 which was in better condition only to be engrossed with a cockroach walking across our table at the buffet I made a formal complaint at the resort and with all do respect we are very disappointed and we want a refund of our stay at this resort"
