This hotel was extremely affordable and nice! The food was AMAZING and the staff were wonderful! Miguel in particular was an amazing staff member and went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I had a great stay.

A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great

From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the overall quality of our experience was nothing short of perfection.The amenities are world-class, offering everything you could possibly want for a luxury getaway, and the cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely immaculate. Every single corner of this resort is spotless and beautifully maintained.What truly makes this place a paradise, though, is the incredible staff. A massive, special shoutout to Alexis and Alexander! Both of them provided some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were incredibly warm, genuinely friendly, and went completely above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Their exceptional service truly made our trip unforgettable.We had the absolute best time and will definitely come back!!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were enjoyable, and everything met our expectations. The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. In addition, while the private beach was a nice feature, it could have been better maintained and cleaner. Addressing these two areas would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Aside from these concerns, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

Would highly recommend this property! The staff were fantastic, the rooms for clean, and it was lovely being able to order a drink from the pool. There was a private beach within a short walk, or staff offered to take you in a golf cart. Just a really great place to stay within walking distance of other things as well

This place was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and caters to your needs. The area is very safe you can get around in golf carts that you can rent very easily. It’s clean and well maintained. & the hotel restaurant serves great food.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Ocean Winds Hotel!!! The service was beyond outstanding, the room was gorgeous, and the view was breathtaking. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — if you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT! I will 100% be coming back!
