A creepy dude followed us into the hotel from where the drop off area was all the way to our floor. And only 1 elevator works at a time even though there are 6 elevator’s ended up taking the stairs most of the time.

The lobby was beautiful, however the front desk service was so fair. I was told the pool was under construction and it was a 10 minute walk to the Marriott to use their pool. Who is walking on the freeway?? The room was just average. Please realize customers have options. Front desk needs training in customer service.

The Hotel looks old and filthy. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel standard. Room was very noisy as you can hear the cars from outside. Staff was ok, just look like if they were bored or tired of working there. The only reason we stayed there was because of how closed it was from LAX airport and we had a fly to take the next day.

This was a great choice! Was with two kids and we drove into LA each day for sight seeing/tours. Great price, although parking was a bit pricey. Good location good facilities. No need to spend more material net for other hotels. This was great.

The hotel was good. Their restaurant “ The Daily Grill” was horrible my first night from service to food. The second night was perfect. At checkin I was told if I was a bonvoy member I would receive a free buffet up on the 11th or 12th floor. I had to find my number after I checked in and they put it in the computer but I was given incorrect information and you do not get a free buffet. This hotel doesn’t really offer any good perks for the price.

We got stuck during the rainstorm and had to stay an extra night in LA. The staff was so nice and upgraded our room. Restaurant food was great and server incredibly attentive.

I love the friendly and helpful staff. Gabriella checked us in and she went above and beyond to help get us checked in. I have stayed here once before. I will not stay at any other hotel. It is always clean, and your staff is very helpful. I would recommend that all my friends and family stay here at the Westin in LA.
