Staff at the reception desk and at the coffee bar was very nice. We really appreciated the the manager took off the properties fee since we couldn't stay for the whole time . Espresso and latte were excellent, among teh best I've ever had in California after 25 yrs

I didnt like how i called for a remote to be replaced and it never came the tv was useless same thing with the fridge not keeping the drinks cool on highest setting the only really thing i liked was the car service A1

The rooms were very small and the hotel although “looks” nice enough is needing updating. For what we paid for a room I expected more. The room itself had broken fixtures in the bathroom and the shower continuously leaked, dripping.
