I want to be fair the property was rated at 8.2 for good and I would totally agree. A very old property without a lot of new updates and the area was a little sketchy if my wife were alone I’m not sure I would have felt safe for her but to be fair the positives: clean, nice large TV with cable a lot of channels, bed was a Tempurpedic and was pretty comfortable, it did have coffee in the room it also had a fridge and safe and it had some little extras like individual use toothpaste and lotion. The shower worked well and although it was old the tub still had a nice coating and the water pressure not bad. The breakfast I would say was excellent waffles, real eggs, bacon and sausage and potato’s along with some fresh fruit and yogurt and breads and muffins a nice spread with good coffee. For the price I really have no complaints

The place was clean the workers nice the hotel security is very good. It was a good place and if I’m ever coming back to Ontario, that would be the place to stay and I appreciate it great place

Quick check in. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Easy check out. Shower and bath spigot did not function well. Either cold or very hot. No adjustment.

When checking out front desk was rude and accused us of having pet when we didn't. Kept coming up with reasons to try to keep deposit other than that young gentleman that helped us check in was wonderful and loved bed and brunch.

This place is Great! Check in easy, Staff Great, Room Clean, Parking Good, All access to Stores,Restaurants & just where I needed to be. Down fall didn't realize they charged for children or persons over 12yrs per night "should have read the policy's better "that was the only thing I didn't care for. But everything else was Good 👍
