Male server, M ( his first initial ) at hotel restaurant was wonderful. He knows menu, drinks and is able to answer any questions. Also his pleasant manner makes customers in relaxed and enjoyable mood.

Convenient location for my layovers in LA. Would be nice if they had utensils in the room. There were orange crumbs on the top of the bedding this time. Everything else was good!

This property is perfectly located as a basecamp near the LAX airport. Comfortable, good food and friendly staff every time. Highly recommended.

Hotel and dining fine. Beware the shuttle if coming from international location. Their info does not tell you they don’t pick up there. I double checked and called them saying I am at the international baggage where do I go? They said up one floor and to the hotel shuttle area. Dragged my bags there…nothing. I called again same answer. Looked again thinking I missed it … nothing. Called a third time and finally they said oh our shuttle does not stop there, you have to walk to another terminal.

Second time staying at this property, very convenient to LAX. Check-in, Bell-hop and overall service very good. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to LAX - shuttle in the morning was on-time and fast.

Left my jacket in the room when I checked out but it was not returned to the lost and found. 2 days later I came back for another one night stay and the jacket was still not returned. A bit disappointing on Hyatt service and willingness to help track it.

We had a layover of almost 12 hours, so booked a room for a break, the room was very quiet , we had a refreshing sleep, the bathroom cleaning can be improved a bit, I found long hair near the toilet,bathroom had stains.
