The bathroom is very outdated and the shower leak all night and when you take a shower the tub fills up with water at the drain does not work

We were in room# 1225 the tub drain wasn’t draining while the shower was running the tub filled up with water during the shower. Other than that our stay was pretty good. Thank you.

When we arrived at check in they barely assisted us no customer service we arrived basically a day late because of the time and delay of our flight and they wouldn’t accommodate us a day off of our charges and that’s not fair

I enjoyed my stay here staff were great the room was well appointed and very close for anyone needing a stay at Los Angeles International Airport . I enjoyed my stay they also provide a free shuttle bus to the airport if you are flying from LAX

I was really disappointed with the property conditions which are in serious need of a remodel. Even the most basic hotel chains have remodeled. The beds are so lumpy and pillows uncomfortable that it was difficult to rest. The windows creek like the building is about to fall. Wall part torn in lots of places and mold on all the seal in bathrooms etc. cheap updates that you’d expect from a name like Hilton. Just simply not worth the price and they charge $53/day to park there. My experience was horrible but I left most out since it might not apply to everyone’s stay.

We had a quick overnight in LA after a long haul from Australia. The airport pick up was fast, easy and reliable. The hotel was beautiful and was actually a pleasant surprise! When we checked into our room there was a horrible smell (sewage). We asked to be moved.they wuicymoved us to a room on a different floor, but when we went to take our showers there was no hot water. I let the front desk know, and they explained that three floors were without hot water. They did not contact us to learn us, and they did not truths. The desk clerk credited my Hilton Honorsaccount with only 15,000 pts. Not sure if I would use these points to book at s as mother Hilton.
