Great for dog lovers! Had first floor room which was great for taking dog out. Very close to Barefoot Landing for shopping and food. Great staff, very friendly! Will stay here again!

Penny took good care of us. We had a problem in the middle of the night with a toilet that would not quit running. Things happen. Moving to another room at 1:30AM is not a pleasant experience. Next morning Penny bought us coffee at Starbuck's and made sure we were taken care of. didn't push for a refund but probably could have gotten a partial. We will keep this property on our list of places to stay in Myrtle Beach.

This was my first staying up in the barefoot landing area and I loved it. Hotel was clean and tucked off right off the main highway. Everything was clean and up to date. Great stay!!

Room had musky, sweaty smell, sheets and beding had hairs still on them. The fridge didn't work and we had to get that fixed. The bathroom vent was making a loud sound almost as if the fan inside was hitting something metalic. Only plus side was breakfast purchase option was worth it and i would like to give my complement to the chef who cooked the breakfast on that day.

Room was clean and you couldn’t hear any outside noise in the hallway which was a plus. Staff was great very friendly and informative. The hotel could use some upgrades but overall a decent stay. Will be back again.

My main complaint this visit, is simply that I arrived early (around noon) and tried to check in. A room wouldn't be available for an hour I was told. Fine. I waited an hour and was then told it would be an extra $25 to take the room before 2:00 p.m. I've never heard of such a practice from any other hotel. If a room is ready, regardless of the official 3 pm check-in time, I've never been charged extra for checking in "early." I declined the $25 up-charge and had to wait until after 2:00 to check in. Just didn't seem very customer-friendly, And this up-charging needs to be communicated better for all reservations. Everything else was great; cleanliness, service other than check-in, big room, great value etc.

Great location if going to Barefoot Landing.

Nice stay. It is a lovely location. We had been in Wilmington for a concert and just wanted a day to roam around Barefoot Landing, so the location was perfect. The lady who checked us in was wonderful!! She was so kind and charming. The room was very comfortable except that the AC unit was a little bit loud but not awful. Ultra comfortable and clean linens and towels.

We didn’t get here until 12:30 am and the desk attendant was extremely nice to check rooms to make sure my elderly parent’s had a room with a walk in shower. Hotel is well maintained and rooms are very clean and comfortable.
