"We spent just over a week at this beautiful and well-appointed cottage. I work remotely and there was plenty of room to work as well. A few more friends came for a few days of our stay and there was room for five of us comfortably. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Louisville, and lots af trails. The location was great being so close to downtown where we could walk to shopping, restaurants. Durango, Mark and Toon were fantastic hosts and very responsive."

"All was great at this little cabin. The only downside was that it was near the highway. The river sounds almost drowned out the sound, but not quite. Nobody's fault, and it was overall great. The Rocky Mountain Park was truly spectacular, and surrounding hikes were remarkable!"

"Pinecone cottage is about 5 minutes to the Park and about 5 minutes to downtown Estes. There is a great view from the deck and we saw deer and heard elk bugling! The cottage was very clean. The owners let us a large welcome basket and thoughtfully supplied drinking water (the cottage has well water that is slightly yellow but doesn’t have any off taste). Overall, a very nice stay!"

The 1886 styled ‘cabin’ was nicely furnished with the basic conveniences of modern living including temp control for Winter and Summer. Comfy beds and nice-to-have closets. We adapted to small bedrooms & bath. Might be problematic if more than three adults for long term. Loved the gas stove used almost daily. Quiet...
