Ready to enjoy a much deserved vacation on Panama City Beach? This coastal, Gulf front 2 bedroom condo is ready to host your escape from reality! The Living Area and Master Bedroom Areas boast stunning views of the beach. Offering plenty of space and comfort, this quaint condo awaits your next vacation.

Construction Notice – Reduced Rates During This Time

Beginning August 4, 2025, a property-wide construction project will be underway. Guests can expect daytime noise and temporary closures of pools and balconies. Rates have been reduced to reflect this. Walkways will remain open during scheduled pressure washing and repairs. Please use caution and follow posted signage.
Work hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM (with possible Sunday work)

• Floors 14–11: August 18 – September 4, 2025
• Floors 10–6: September 5 – September 24, 2025
• Floors 5–1: September 25 – October 14, 2025

Pool Closures:
• East Pool: August 28 – November 28, 2025

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great location! Loved the furniture and artwork! Great taste. The kitchen needed more plates, glasses, dish towels, and pot holders. The livingroom needed 1 more chair. We love Long Beach Rezort!

Condo was very clean, looked exactly like the listing. The view from the balcony and both bedrooms was breathtaking. Everything was well stocked as far as kitchen accessories. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend

My Birthday Weekend!

This property was nice and very clean. It was well after 4 p.m. before we could check in. Just a little inconvenienced with that. Need some pot holders if you plan on cooking! Great location and the weather was beautiful!

Book that Condo will forever be my Panama City Beach 1st choice. Everything was perfect! Check in and check out was the convenient, easy, and fast. The property is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were just right. Beach access was steps away. The beach was not overcrowded. This was my best spring break trip. I took my granddaughters for a girls trip. Their ages are 12, 14, 16, and 17. I got my deposit back as promise in 7-14 days!

2024 family vacation

We love long beach. We do not like tower one due to teenagers partying in front of property. Really liked our room just not 13th floor. Pool and hang out always great! Would like to see about getting vrbo refund back. Didnt realize we could book directly and you charged a hidden fee of 300.

Condo could use a little updating. Living area door to balcony extremely hard to open and close. Windows condensed over. Guest tub was a slow drainer. Mainly just cosmetic issues. On the plus side. Condo is large and decorated verybeachy. Great location. Would rent again.

Relaxing Bliss

We love Long Beach Resort. It remains one of the most peaceful, clean, and relaxing locations on PCB. The price is great. Though minutes away from everything, it’s far enough off the strip that you don’t hear cars and music at night. The amenities are equally as great. The condo was clean, organized, and it had everything we needed. The split bedrooms offered phenomenal privacy from children, while being steps away. The balcony provided breathtaking morning views. It’s the end of the season so hopefully, a new Master Bed is in the future. That with dated countertops were our only recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

Good, but could have been better

Overall, the property was good. Decor was good, minimal, but good. Cleaning wasn't the greatest as there was still sand on the floor (yes, I know we're at the beach), dishes were not cleaned thoroughly (washed everything before I used it). Feel like for the price, there were better units. Bit of a pet peeve, but the washer/dryer are old and didn't work the best. The dishes/utensils, etc. could easily be replaced to somewhat match and inventoried on check-out to ensure guests have nice things. The couch was extra squeaky along with the bed in the master, mismatched faucets on sinks. Lastly, there were a ton of maintenance items (paint, tools, old hardware, etc.) all over the place. Definitely will be staying at LBR again, but likely not this unit. Just feel a little more effort to ensure guests feel like they are home can be done in a cost efficient manner.

Family Panama Vacation 2023

Location, Parking and Check-In and Out process are the peak features of this condo. Pineapple Willy's is just a short walk away and Walmart is just over a quarter of a mile. The Downsides are the cleanliness of this property and the accuracy of the listing. The bathrooms were not cleaned well and the "lovely Gulf front condo with outstanding views" is only half true considering windows out to the main deck were obstructed with something that looks like fog on the windows. It wasn't as simple fog because it couldn't be wiped away. The bedrooms had great views though. The handle to the sliding door broke while we were there and the dishwasher has open wiring at the bottom. It was covered by a towel and that was it. Its possible we could return to this location but more than likely not.

The unit was nice, needs updates soon, like most places towards the end of summer. Beautiful views! We’ve been staying at Long Beach since its inaugural year, when the bee hadn’t been completed yet, tower 2 was it, love the location, the beach and the units. I cannot say enough about the customer servicY Ii S , beyond expectations, always quick to respond! Can’t recommend more, thanks for a fabulous time!

Vacation at Panama City Beach

We really enjoyed staying in this this unit. Longbeach Resort is in a great location convenient to everything. And the beach area is really nice, not to mention the multiple pools! We enjoyed our stay!! I recommend staying at Longbeach Resort in PCB.
