This location is in the middle of Chinatown. Was able to walk a lot of places to eat, shop and shows. If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the place to be.

The staff and location of the hotel are welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and modern, but do lack a bit of privacy and in terms of the “bathroom” set up.

The hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service are outstanding. The only cautionary note is that it is located at the very central of London’s tourism area. It may be located in Soho, and it is right next to China Town, but it’s more like being in Time’s Square.

40th bday 🎂

The pre-arrival communication was very welcoming via email by Georgia. The trip was to celebrate my Husband's 40th birthday and the hotel was very generous to place a nice xard with warm wished and a bday cake .. all the staff were greeting him with his bday ❤️ The room is very nice and comfy except for the pillows, although we asked for a hard foam one but they were not good , so honestly sleeping was not good during our stay . The hotel location is amazing and everything could be done with easy access.

Central location, right next to Chinatown, was great. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from the lounge/club area made it difficult to sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent Location - Highly Recommend

This was a very nice hotel stay for four nights. Customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. The entrance to China Town is about 10 steps away from the hotel entrance. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting London for the first time. The only downside was that the sink in the room is actually in the room itself rather than the bathroom, which takes up a lot of space.

Great hotel, although not offering good value for money. The rooms are fantastic and quiete, despite being in the centre of London. The bar owner not Greta though (mediocre cocktails and terrible DJ), but there are plenty of other options around.

Great location. Friendly restaurant staff. Everything was great except for the service provided by the concierge Marina. She’s was rude and not willing to help. Other than this, our stay was great.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the W London. However, I would note this hotel is best suited for singles and younger couples. It would not be an ideal hotel for business travelers or family. W is known to be a fun and hip vibe, which this hotel is. However the room had a bit of an awkward layout with no real bathroom and the sink in the middle of the room in an island. Location is very convenient in Leicester Sq and at the doorstop of the entrance to Chinatown.

No mirror close to an outlet so you cannot see your hair as you style or blow dry. Awkward room, excellent service. No fan in toilet room so it always smelled funny. Comfortable bed

Very convenient location. Room is not noisy but very small. Wish there's a bit more privacy for the bathroom. While the room is small but the layout design is quite efficient. I will definitely stay at W London again.
