Really comfortable

Really easy to find, accessible from the tube with 5/10 mixture walk. Comfortable beds and welcoming at reception. Quiet/calm environment. Reasonable price compared to others I looked at.

Lovely comfortable room in Golders Green

Reception helpful, snacks. Room single big enough, shower v good, shower gel provided, coffee tea provided, maybe a better coffee would be good. Bed comfortable, quiet, near tube. Good.

Nice hotel

Nice and simple hotel! Easy location and great for one night. Just one issue which wasn't the hotels fault, one guest was loudly on the phone in the corridor in the middle of the night and definitely drunk - didn't feel that safe!

Bad smell…

I stayed here for one night and didn’t quite like it. The room had a strong smell of cigarette. I didn’t want to complain since it was very late and I was just staying one night. I tried to open the window. And right outside the windowsill you could see all the cigarette ashes from the people who had been smoking in the room… The room was also pretty dusty. Unfortunately I also couldn’t sleep since the place is really not well insulated and you could hear everything going around. The beds were also not very comfy. The staff were very friendly, though. And the location is very convenient.

Not bad

Not fancy. Awkward corridors to pass until you reach your room. The room was pretty small but clean and had an electric kettle and plenty of coffee and tea provided. Not too noisy despite being right by a street with heavy traffic. Ok to crash at for a night.

Okay

We did not have a great stay. We had a reservation for 4 nights but ended up leaving early. The first room we were in was extremely small for 3 people. It had an awful smell of sewage that got worse as the night progressed. We also saw a small roach. The bathroom also smelled initially of mildew but was later overpowered by the sewage smell. We requested another room due to the smell, which we were granted. The second room was more spacious and did not have the sewage smell thankfully. The second room fit the description better and was definitely a step up but still not what we were expecting. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything from the rooms around you. The hotel staff was nice and listened to our concerns. They also held our luggage when we arrived. The location is not great as it is pretty far from any of the major attractions but can be reached through public transportation. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. Of course this is a budget option and our expectations were not high to begin with but the smell and layout of the first room was not worth even the amount we paid. If you are looking for a budget option this is definitely one of them but please be aware that the photos of the room do not match their condition. I'm sure some of their other rooms may be nicer? but that was not our experience.

エミレーツスタジアムでの試合観戦で泊まった。スタジアムから徒歩で帰れる立地でありがたかった。帰る途中にスーパーやレストランもたくさんあり、買い物に困ることもなかった。 家族経営のようなアットホームなホテルだった。スタッフもみんな親切だった。建物は古く、民宿(修学旅行とかで泊まりそう)な感じ。コンセントの変換プラグが備え付けられていて非常に助かった。 広いバスタブは良かったが、少し汚かった。置いてあるコップなど所々汚いと感じる部分があった。 基本的には快適に過ごせた。

Hotel confortable on dort tres bien dans leur lit chambre qd mm très petite pour 3 mais propre dommage pour la pression de l’eau dans la douche et que l’eau soit tiède. Ensuite certains client sont irrespectueux du sommeil des autres le bruit n’est jamais venu de l’exterieur donc je pense que le personnel devraient s’impliquer un peu dans le respect des autres avec ses clients.

The hotel was in a good location and in an overall picture , it as okay . But on the downside, did not feel the staff was that warm . parking was an issue, had to use free parking as they charge additional £15 for parking which was not mentioned properly at the time of booking. The noise levels during the night and and early morning and was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing ,which did not have a pleasant stay. There were no bed light/ lamp which most hotels do have.

Hotellet är välhållet och i typiskt brittisk stil & standard. Relativt kompakt boende, men rent och fräscht. Frukosten inte den rikligaste, utan innehållet var mer grundläggande. Läget på kort avstånd från tunnelbana (Picadilly Line) gör hotellet till ett utmärkt alternativ till att bo mer centralt. Gott om affärer & restauranger nära hotellet.

Rent men koldt, larm og langsom personale

Rent og pænt. Kommer dog på et værelse hvor radiatoren ikke virker - i december måned. Der er 17 grader på værelset. Første nat er i skiundertøj og skistrømper. En vvs prøver at fikse det men det virker ikke. Vi får en transportabel radiator. Væggene er papirstynde og man kan høre ALT! Også for meget af det gode…. Der er ingen plads ved morgenmaden og 40 minutter før den slutter gider personalet ikke hjælpe med opfyldning af mælk og brød. Når folk forlader pladsen står deres rester i uendelig lang tid og de er yderst langsomme til at rydde af. Hvis man ikke kan bespise gæsterne med så simpelt morgenmad skal man nok overveje om man skal tilbyde det.

unfotunrtly our stay at this "hostel" waas like no other place we have stayed before. i would not call this place a hotel. The bed was like a camp bed springs digging into your. the flooring was cracked chipped and raising. you couldnt swing a cat in the room. The bathroom along with the hallways smelt of drains! considering your bed was so close to the toilet with the room being so small it was not a pleasant place to be. The water for the shower was running cold even though we had turned it to the hot side. once the hotel staff came up to have a look they then told us its all backwards and you use the cold for the hot and the hot for the cold!? in all honesty my list could go on but i would much rather forget about the un nervy stay we had at this place and i would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Look elsewhere…

Having spent many years travelling for business across the globe, this is quite simply the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. A tiny shower room that smelled of waste water, a shower that fluctuated between freezing cold and scalding hot every 60 seconds, a radiator valve that decided to vibrate and buzz at high volume in the middle of the night, the cheapest and most uncomfortable bed, disinterested reception staff and hotel guests coming and going throughout the night. The couple directly above me were having a much better time at 2.03am, their squeaky bed sounding as though it was about to come through the ceiling!!! The only redeeming feature was its proximity to my meeting venue, but in the future I’d prefer to kip in my car and get a significantly improved quality of sleep.

Hotel was as expected for the price. Lift broken, which staff weren’t aware of. Had to produce ID to check in, despite having prepaid, which should be made clear at booking and is intrusive. Fed up with organisations who need copies of id for spurious reasons.
