We were put into a room on the first floor which was above the entrance of the property and right next to the road. It was noisy even with ear plugs, a banging sound could be heard (probably the front doors below every time they were used throughout the night). Staff friendly and location convenient but wouldn’t stay again due to noise.

The original room booked was quite small for the price paid, however I did upgrade to the largest room option, which was large enough, and the hotel did reduce the normal upgrade fee because I was a VIP guest. The hotel itself was really nice, clean and nicely decorated, the facilities were very good, and the staff were very helpful and professional.

Staff were incredibly welcoming! Clean, quiet and fantastic room. Only downside was my room was a bit dark with not a lot of natural light but I would stay at the hotel again.
