The location is great as it is walkable to several POI. My wife and I are not complainers unless it is really bad. The one thing that surpised us was that they had us in a room that was located in the basement when they had told us we were going to be located on the 1st floor. Our space was two room. My wife and I had our own room and our children were in the front room with an open futon sofa. It was clean and we did have two bathrooms which was great. Only one had a shower which was the one located in the front room which was totally perfecr. Having the two room was great for us to have some proper intimate time with each other. 5 thumbs up for that. One thing I would highly recommend is that they get is safes for the room. With London being such a highly visited place from people out of country and with passports a safe wpuld give people better peace of mind. This hotels number one feature is it's location and the two room suite is great for families.

My stay at the Fielding hotel couldn't have been any better. The hotel is location in a nice, relatively quiet part of Covent Garden. Its conveniently situated between a lot of nice shops and less than 10 min walk from multiple underground stations. I'd like to give a shout out to the reception, unfortunately i didnt get her name. She was very friendly throughout all my interactions with her and, after I dropped my luggage off because i arrived before check-in, she was nice enough to take my luggage in my room once it was ready. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to any and everyone.

Excellent smaller hotel tucked on an alley just off Drury Lane. Rooms are pleasant and staff are very helpful. Stairs are quite steep and narrow but will stay here again.

The single rooms that we believe we were renting as per the picture were completely different than what we were given and paid almost $200 a night for. When this fact and concern was brought to the manager, he was rude, in different, and completely uninterested in any customer satisfaction whatsoever. The owners of this establishment should fire him, or at the very least train him in customer service. He truly was the worst manager of any hotel I have ever been in. Also the rooms were not turned over, nor was there any attempts to make or clean trash away from the room, even while it was furry minimal. We had a very good experience with the young lady at the desk, but other than that the service of the staff was indifferent . I wish that I could upload a picture of the Cell like room that we were given. We had rented two separate single rooms. The one especially look like a prison cell.

"Staying at the Fielding's hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, from seamless check-in to recommendations for local attractions.The room itself was clean, and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Located in central Covent Garden makes it an excellent location for shopping and theatres all within walking distance. Overall, my time at the fielding hotel exceeded all expectations.

We stayed in Flat 2. Amazing location. The flat is very dated ,except the Kitchen. The 2 bed sofas were not super comfortable, but the Queen bed was. The Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the flat is not cleaned during your stay

We had a great time here - it’s really convenient to everything in Covent Garden including the tube, so really easy to get around. The hotel is really nice, the room was very comfortable and well fitted out, and the staff were helpful and kind. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again

The room was cosy and quiet, the hotel itself tidy, and the staff were very friendly. It is only a short walk from different restaurants and cultural venues. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the Fielding Hotel was perfect for our time in London. So central, with access to the Opera House, Covent Garden and restaurants in easy walking distance, yet very quiet.

Pros: close to tube, walkable to lots of entertainment, restaurants and dining, staff friendly and helpful. Sheets were clean. Free bottled water. Cons: If you have any mobility issues, this place is not for you. You must walk up at least one steep stairway WITH YOUR LUGGAGE to get to your room...there are no elevators. I had recently had knee surgery and walking up and down 2 flights every day was not fun. Plus all room have another stairway to get to bathroom. Rooms were small and dingy. Furniture looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. Tops of curtains were very dusty. Leak marks in ceiling. Mold along ceiling in main room and in bathroom. Leak in bathroom ceiling when it rained (I wasn't on the top floor) which dripped down onto the toilet paper role. If I had been the US, I would have left and found another hotel.
