The hotel was a massive structure and it would be quite easy to get a bit lost finding your way around it! That said, the hotel itself was located in a lovely area and very convenient to public transport, good eating and some lovely parks
Two drawbacks of the hotel were the extremely long wait for check in and the fact that they chose one of the busiest weekends in London in the sporting calendar to repaint two of their lifts - considering that each bank of elevators had only 4 (very small) lifts, this was a huge inconvenience, especially if you were staying on one of the higher floors. We stayed on Floor 6
The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful all during our stay
The room we were staying in was a Twin Room Plus - not sure what the Plus was for, to be honest. The room was very basic and a bit cramped but the beds were comfortable. There was only one chair in the room which was beside a very small table. The only coffee was two very small sachets of instant coffee and you needed both just to make one mug of coffee. None of the above are huge issues but they were things that we noticed none the less
