    They told us “no room today” during check in. We requested to discuss the issue with manager and find out some solutions. Stressful. Pity, the rest was cool.

    I had the worst check in experience in my entire traveling life and I’m a vip gold member here I have never been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as the way the stuff did yesterday The lady “Dana” was very very rude and not welcoming in a weird way And then when our room which I CALLED and send an email here to confirm having it, was not ready she simply called the other guy to find us another room The guy was not just rude but even mean that I felt in some point he was going to hit me I was very polite and calm with them and they want just to give me what they saw is a solution for my situation So he told me either to wait or to take a bigger room JUST FOR TONIGHT cause according to him “ it does not make any sense to give me the bigger room for free for six night” !!!!!!!!! Which I didn’t even asked for!! For all those years booking thru Expedia I have never send a review here or to the hotel But for the horrible horrible way of treating yesterday I feel like I have to The wasn’t my first time staying at this hotel but for sure will be my last!! I tired to complain by sending an email which until now no one care enough to check their in box where I told them to check it when I checked out but still nothing
