Good size room, nice and bright. Attractive building, some care with furniture and decoration. Small desk, adequate, good size bathroom. Wifi works. Usually none around, narrow stairs. Would make a big difference and make it much more welcoming to have a few more pillows on the bed, and maybe a bedspread?

The hotel is very small, nothing to write home about except for the service. The staff was wonderful. They treated us so beautifully with great respect and because my partner had a bad hip, they moved us from the top floor to an upgraded room on the second floor. They were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. If you’re expecting something fantastic this is not your spot if you just want a very reasonable boutique hotel in a superb area. This is your spot if you’re fussy don’t go here if you just wanna come home relax put your feet up and go to sleep. It’s perfect. Nothing above and beyond, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay no judgement thank you again to the beautiful staff.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood. However, there are no elevators. I had to go up and down 4 flight of narrow stairs going in or out of my room. When I arrived there the reception of empty. There was no note on the counter, and no one around!! I had to wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to show up! This was in the middle of the day. Room has no air conditioning, and the window would not stay up for long and it would randomly slide down with a loud noise. The bathroom was very small, the bathroom sink old and very low. I selected this hotel because it was rated at 9.0 on Expedia!!! Definitely a wrong rating.

Friendly/helpful staff rooms in need of refurbishm

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel itself appeared grand with large pictures, mirrors and ornaments however the furniture and bathroom in particular were in need of an upgrade.

Had to wait for a good 5 mins for someone to come and check me in - i dinged the bell a few times and then also called them. Eventually someone came, who was very nice, but it was late at night i was keen to get checked in asap.

It’s a budget hotel in London and you get what you pay for. It’s better than sleeping rough. Very noisy doors slamming all the time. No sound-proofing between floors so could hear the person above getting in and out of bed. Very hot and and the sash windows did have a weight on them so I had to wedge it open. I have stayed in worse. The telly worked. The towels were clean but incredibly stiff / hard. They seemed to provide Molton Brown toiletries which was a nice touch. The shower worked fine.

床のタイルや内装はアンティークで素敵でしたが階段が急で荷物を運ぶのが大変、その上、お湯がでないことを隠して説明せずに先払いにさせたい事に怒りを感じました。古い建物の故障はしかたがありませんが、始めに説明するべきではないでしょうか。

the hotel is in a very nice and expensive area of Kondon and i understand why they charge those money for night .But it is a 1 star htl and need lotd of improvments . i do not recommend

Rummet skulle enl beskrivn vara bra storlek, men var hur litet som helst. Ingen hiss vilket skulle ha kunna vara ok om det hade stått i beskrivningen (bodde på vån 4),ingen frukostservering, stod att det hade spa möjlighet, men det har jag svårt att tänka mig, städningen var obefintlig. Läget var dock perfekt.
