While the location was very convenient near train stop and famous attractions, the hotel lacked simple amenities. The hotel failed to mention the rules and their operations. They do not clean your room or take out the trash until after seven days of stay. They do not give you more water or clean towels. We had to ask for more towels. The bathroom is compact, so it would difficult for tall persons. The WhatsApp automated system was helpful in explaining things right away but not everything was correct.

For this reason, we provide weekly cleanings for reservations of more than 8 nights. Great location close to amenities and tube station. very friendly staff. No availability of restaurant on site, but there is a coffee shop next door with a discount for guests

Staff were pleasant, room was cramped, ridiculously small, would definitely not rebook. It was very clean but very basic for the price.

Very Good Hotel, we enjoyed our visit. Fab location, very clean, only downside was pillows too puffy (I know that’s my preference so my problem!) and small cups for the tea (please provide mugs and all will be well)

We stayed for one night in one of the superior rooms. Good sized room, clean and tidy. Only downside was the amount of noise early in the morning, presumably the cleaners.

Clean, spacious and bright room. Nice service on check in, including a discount given for Gail's bakery next door.
There was quite a lot of noise overnight which was a shame.

Very convenient for West End, just some of the detail is a bit awkward like nowhere to put toiletries and the rooms are a bit tight, but all in all good.

I liked that they gave baked goods at checkin from the nice bakery next door. Staff was always very friendly. The only bad thing was the bathtub in my room. The enamel was peeling off. I took a bath and the water made it come off even more.

Good location; no bed bugs.
Bad design of tiny rooms, especially ridiculous bathrooms. Young ill-trained staff unable to check-in guests quickly on paper or phone. No weekend room cleaning, unless you pay extra fee.
