The property is a flat turned “hotel”. No staff, bathroom shared and smelled like mould. Room was nice and clean, but very tiny with practically no window. Property is very conveniently located, close to main train stations, tube, and busses. You get what you pay for- if you’re on a budget.

Good, comfortable stay.
Stayed here for 1 night as was going to a gig in Camden. Jospeh sent really clear instructions ahead of our stay which were simple and easy to follow! The room was quite small, but had storage, iron, kettle and a wardrobe. The beds were comfy and the apparent was overall clean. It was perfect for one night but may want something bigger if staying longer! The room was quite warm at night but there was a fan in the room. Bathroom was clean. Overall really good experience and we would stay again! Although the room isn’t on a main road we were woken in the morning from traffic but this would be the case anywhere in London!

Good location. Host was pleasant. Good price. Property entrance/stairs a little dirty. Room was decent enough for our purposes, yet unspectacular. There was some noise up to around 1am seemingly from the takeaway next door - dragging of chairs/tables - which was irritating.

A few small steps away from being a decent place to stay. Keyless entry worked well. It's on a fairly busy road (most are in London) so it was a little noisy, but fairly common in London.
Things to fix:
No TV aerial
Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up
No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle)
Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up
The agent was polite. The property was very different from the photographs online, which were at least misleading.
The location is convenient. However it was very noisy with traffic , there is no air conditioning and the tower blowing cold air was very noisy and ineffective , one of the pillow cases had blood stains and had not been changed and the room was hot and smelled like a chippy. All in all the accommodation was poor and expensive for what it was.
Manager was great. Security is first class. Key less access. Wish we had the codes beforehand to avoid the wait.
Musty and damp smell- they tried to use an air freshener which gave me more of a headache mixed with the damp smell. Bedding was clean but bed throw was not clean.
Price- not bad for one night and £40. Local parking charges apply. Lots of local places to eat.

Deposit and ID, rats smell and noise.
The agent refused to grant me access unless I transferred him £100 and a photo of my drivers license! This all over WhatsApp. Rats in the ceiling woke me up twice and the general mouldy stench took some time to adjust to. Also the constant whining of the air-conditioner above the skylight. I was then charged a fee for paying the deposit.
This property bore no resemblance to the images online. It was incredibly small, needed maintenance and there was a leak from to ceiling causing a large damp patch on the bed. The worst experience I have ever had with an online booking. There were no checking details and nobody answering the front door on arrival. I had to contact Expedia to get a number for the host and wait to be met in. The room was noisy (nearby air conditioning unit) and had little natural light as it was underground.
It was a disaster. There is no reception, I was given a mobile number and was shown the room. At night water started to drip into my bed. I woke up with the bed soaking wet. My socks on the floor were so wet I had to go to work with no socks and wet underwear. It was embarrassing. They don’t even offer a refund, I took a video
The room was very small, no real space to move at all. Bathroom was functional but also very small. The door way is very difficult to enter and exit. The lighting is very bright spotlights in ceiling which are too bright for normal use. They are the only lights except for one light in the bathroom. The bathroom door does not open all the way because one of the beds is in the way of the door.
The manager was a very friendly and helpful guy but due to phone issues he was not easy to contact. They do not make up the rooms so you need to hang your towels to dry. In short, this was more like a boarding house than a hotel and definitely not worth the money that was charged. The location is very convenient to rail and night life.
Was all brilliant and secure. Really made it feel homely, service was brilliant. Apart from picture that wasn’t properly fixed to the wall and fell off, everything else was brilliant! Would recommend if you’re not going to be in the hotel room for long. I was mainly out from morning till late night, and was nice to just sleep in! Bathroom was clean and stocked up with own soaps and shower gels. Service from Joe was amazing too!
The check-in took a bit of time because I think they were doing another check in so I had to stay on the street at night, which wasn’t great but there were no problems.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and there was a fan in the room which would go off every so often and was super noisy so we woke up every hour or so when it went off. Another negative thing (but not the host’s fault) was the other group that was in the next room who were laughing and shouting until 2 am or so and we had to wake up at 4:30 for our train at St Pancras.
I'm very disappointed in this hotel. I also had the right to a small room in the basement (number 2), relevant noise because of a noisy power supply just in front of the window. A very uncomfortable bed. Bed linen not changed with hair in the bed. A shared bathroom with no shower gel and no toilet paper. I won't be coming back and I certainly don't recommend it.

Can't recommend
I chose this place for its proximity to the Eurostar terminal as I had an early morning departure. Bad choice. Small basement room (number 2) which was hot, despite turning off the radiator, stuffy, had a noisy AC unit right outside the window and the most uncomfortable bed I can ever remember. Sticky carpet. Bathroom was shared and the floor had not been cleaned properly for a while. This was bad even by London budget accommodation standards, yet cost EUR 84.
I won't return and certainly not recommend.
