Shout out to Kim and the rest of the staff . Very helpful and friendly . The hotel is very close proximity to the restaurants and Victoria Station .The only drawback was the room being small and tight , otherwise the stay was good

It’s close to many restaurants and quiet area and beautiful too but the room has no aircons and it was in the basement very small not really much space to walk around the room and even the toilet door don’t open wide as bed is near …… cleaning was good and I got sound sleep

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. No AC but that’s a lot of places in England so we knew that before going. They did have three fans in the room for us to use. Hotel is close to the buses, train stations and the two places they recommended to eat were amazing and should be tried.

Very clean quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Luggage storage free of charge. Bus stop outside the door. Great location for walking to Victoria. Tiny room but all fine and comfortable. Very eco oriented and that was also a nice surprise as many places say they are but still change towels I’ve hung up to reuse. Lovely choice of breakfast spots nearby. Recommend Gail’s Bakery.

The staff were very friendly, especially, the lady of Korean origin - super friendly. The rooms though small, were also very neat and tidy

We were attending the cricket at the Oval. This location is an easy walk to and from the ground. The hotel and rooms were immaculate. The bedrooms are small but perfect for what we needed. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful.

Bike race

The initial service over message was great .reaponded fast ☺️. They let me drop of my bike for the London - Brighton race while I took my car to Brighton . They had 24/7 service so I could get my bike at 5am . They even left a note for someone to be there at 5 am so I could go to race .

Not worth it

You get what you pay for, or less. The location is good and convenient, but that’s about it. The hotel itself is not nice—rooms are extremely small, there’s no air conditioning, and it gets unbearably hot. They only provide a couple of old, dirty fans. The beds are terrible—very old and not clean—and the shower is just as bad. I would not stay here ever again. It did disappoint and diminished the whole trip to London.

Don’t stay here, don’t waste your money. No air conditioning, no fridge, even no facial tissue provided. In the room, there was one small electric fan. No space to open my luggage. The worst accommodation in my life compared what I paid(552 British pounds for 4 nights) from 6/22-26/2025.

Small but good bones and staff

It was fine. The room was quite small but had everything I needed as a solo traveller. Staff were very friendly and attentive (brought me a fan and extra milk and biscuits). No air conditioning but window opened. Good location between Pimlico tube station and Victoria Station.

Like: Close to major tourist attractions and restaurants. Dislike: 1) No parking. Street parking/pay parking is charged by hourly rate at around BSP9/hr & may not be available when you need it. The closest pay parking is a long walk (20 min) away when you have to load or unload your luggage. 2) Rooms are so tiny, the beds already took up the whole room, no more space for moving around /open your suitcase.

No hair dryer available, shower very small (I’m small myself) , I ended up at local gym for shower before work. room grubby and noisy. Staff are polite. Still waiting for management to contact me to discuss as I was not happy paying £120 for single room in condition and with facilities as described above

Upon arriving staff were rude and uninviting. Room booked was wrong and when trying to resolve this, we were told it was the right room even though it definitely was not, as we had the booking details. We ordered room service which took over an hour, but more so the food was stone cold upon arriving. For the price the room it was quite small and outdated. Overall good location as walking distance to centre of the city. Other than that was not impressed and would not go again.
