The hotel was in a great location and was good value. Room was of a good size and clean with excellent bathroom and shower. Only let down by no record of booking on check in which was resolved. Great parking which for this area in London was useful. Would use again.

Nice hotel but poor breakfast
Great 24hr check in, shame the bed had no duvete and was just a think blanket thing.
When we went down for breakfast, we didn't even get chance to sit down as when we walked in a lady from the hotel approached us and insisted we told her what we wanted so it could be cooked, as we couldnt eat the beans or bread we asked for some extra bacon just to abruptly be told no. The coffee was horrible and the breakfast itself left us feeling sick afterwards.
This is a basic hotel in terms of it has rooms and that’s it but it it clean, tidy, good room sizes and free parking, we just need a bed for the night near our friends and this was perfect
Quite good. breakfast ok just given a cooked breakfast with no option to change anything. Sunday was a bit chaotic. Monday was a bit more relaxed as not so busy. Reception staff were very helpful.
We have family members in streatham, so ideal, last time we stayed in mordern in chain run budget hotel, this wins hands down and no travelling either!
Had a great stay, immaculately clean, lovely family room on ground floor in extension to building, beds a little hard to sit on but comfortable to sleep on, pillows too soft but easy to overcome, the room had 2 singles, one double, a desk, fridge, wardrobe, table chairs, telly, makeup mirror above desk, a fan, bedside table with more drawers, bedside lamps, lovely bathroom and shower, tip close shower doors so you cant fall in it, i have very poor balance, breakfast thrown in good basic choice of one or both continental and or cooked, staff amazingly friendly, i was really really suprised at how good it was, definately not tired condition what i saw, would not hesitate to go back, they also allow 3 adults in a family room which is great and economical, absolutely delighted!
Top this with a train to victoria in 5 stops 5 mins down road, st. James park/ Buck palace 15 mins on train too, every kind of food eat in and out in high st 5 mins away, shops, a fantastic vegan restaurant too - Tribe, Thank you to all staff back soon
the staffs are friendly, just one suggestion.
The hotel requests guests to leave the room keys before they go out of the hotel, that make me a bit odd as no other hotels i experience like that.
suggest to allow guests keep the key themselves until they check out.
Friendly staff, spotless everywhere, nice breakfast, very comfortable, could only just hear person snoring in neighbouring room but very quiet on the whole.
I'd definitely recommend it. Good value for money.
The hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment. It had a stale smell or almost body odour. The rooms were too warm, although there was a fan which vibrates excessively when switched on. The room door didn’t have a working lock. A warning alarm kept going off in the morning. Breakfast looked pretty poor too. On the plus, the staff were very good and the check in process was good.
Not what I imagined as much larger building than I expected but that I guess should be a plus, I was expecting to be greeted by the owners for that personal touch. Only room left at the time was a small twin room and it was very small for the both of us my partner is 6.7ft so a bit disappointed with the size of room. breakfast was okay but looked like a school canteen but staff fully made up for any short falls you can tell they do an amazing job. I would stay again if we can book a larger room and I’d probably skip breakfast.
Could not believe how clean this hotel was. The entrance & the bedroom were immaculately clean - all the more hard to believe since much of the clientele are tradesmen. Brilliant effort.
Very clean well presented rooms
The young man on reception was so helpful directed us to good restaurants
Nothing too much bother very helpful young man xx
