Good: It was very close to King's Cross & St. Pancras & the check in was easy.
Bad: The room was shoe box sized and the shower had the slipperiest floor of any I have ever known. Had the cleaners been polishing it? Very hazardous!
You have to maneuver small natrow stairs so if you have big luggage its difficult. There is a lift but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to it and when you get off on your floor you may have to do another set of stairs to your section of the floor. Rooms are clean but small. Front desk service was not friendly, just all business.
Great shower! Great access to St. Pancras Train Station!

Great location (right in front of King Cross station) but is noisy since is next to a main road and you could also hear other people in rooms nearby. Cleanliness was not the best, there was some mould in the bathroom furniture. Check-in was easy but the luggage storage process was not secure enough. They let you in the room with all the other people's luggage to put yours. The room was a good size and it was comfortable. Overall it was not bad but it was not great either just average. Good enough for the price
Woke up at 6am and my front door was propped open. Someone must have gained entry during the period in which I was sleeping. I reported this to staff and requested they check the CCTV and they refused to do so and tried to imply I had left the door in an open position

Average hotel across from Dt Pancras and Kings Cross stations which is why we chose it as we were heading away the following day on the Eurostar. Very convenient location. Bit rundown. Had elevator but you need to walk downstairs to catch it and as we were staying on the 2nd floor, had to exit the elevator and walk another flight of stairs. Weird.
The property represented very good value for money, although the corridors, being laminate floored, were a little noisy. The heavy fire doors left to noisily bang shut - not the fault of the hotel management!
The room was pleasent and very clean.
You have to go stairs to get to the lift! Then depending which floor you are on you then have to walk up some stairs to get to your room! Not ideal if you have heavy luggage.
Things for the property manager to address:
1. The window in our room was broken so you could heat the street noise
2. The bed was one of the worse i have slept on. The middle of the matress has more or less collapsed so you tend to roll down in it.
Impolite the Indian man in reception .. and elevator it’s not in ground floor.. start from basement to 1st floor direct no ground floor .. and even each floor you must get 6 stairs to reach to your room . Because each floor has to levels between them stairs that mean you must carry your luggage in stairs and the 4th floor no elevator .. in the room you will hear every things in other rooms and who walking in core-door between rooms
This is a solid and affordable lodging choice in the area. It’s a bit loud, because the hallways are not carpeted and therefore you can hear every person walking past your room. There are some stairs to deal with as well, so heavy bags are a hassle. But the staff was very helpful!
Excellent location. Room cleaned well each day. Staff helpful and pleasant.Room quite small and beds small but got a good deal in price considering its london. There was building work going on in hotel the day we left so it did not effect us but did have to walk through dust and builders equipment to get out.
Rooms and hotel far too hot! Lots of noise all night long from other guests. We chose this hotel as perfect location and price for getting up early to catch the Eurostar but wouldn’t recommend due to the noise from other guests.

We were given a room in the lower ground floor and the noise from the trains was horrific until very late then again very early.

Good location for train stations and underground. Bathroom in the rooms need some work but overall decent enough place to stay if you have an early morning train to catch.
Minutes to the tube and King’s Cross St Pancras and walkable to Euston Station and plenty of dining. Reasonably priced place to stay before catching an early morning trip or accessing more touristic things London has to offer.

Very noisy, broken glass on window and broken shower glass door.
This was a one night last minute stay. I booked a double room and a quadruple family room. My review is based on value for money. The rooms were very clean. The shower room was modern with plenty of hot water and the towels were clean and soft. Small bathroom amenities were supplied. The view was non existant but we were't expecting one. There was a hairdryer; TV; coffee and tea and a small fridge for milk. The building itself is tired, has many stairs but also has a lift. I cannot comment on service as we didn't use any services and had little interaction with the staff. The room I occupied was over the underground and the trains were noisy rumbling under the building. The other room had a lot of street nolise. Some double glazing would help. For the price paid I was pleasantly surprised.
Old and worn. The only service was an indifferent clerk at the desk. Tiny room, quite noisy and possibly the most uncomfortable bed it has ever been my misfortune to try and sleep on.
