This is a quaint British Hotel, not a big chain hotel. The check-in process was smooth and they even had a storage area for our luggage as we arrived from our flight well before check-in time. The room was newly refurbished but the buds could use updating. Breakfast was excellent as well with lots of options. The neighbourhood was also very nice and walkable to many amenities.

For the price it was a pretty good. Close to the train station as well as plenty of restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but it was hot. The fan helped a bit with the heat but it was still hard to stay asleep with the heat. I would rate this place a 7 out of 10. I think improvement could be made but nonetheless very solid hotel.

Check in was easy, Our room was in the second building, it was ok apart for having a very small window that couldn't be open too much because of the scaffolding and it was extremely hot and no air conditioning, We inquired about a fan but didn't get offered one. The shower was lovely and hot despite the high step to get into the bathroom,The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our luggage there while we went off exploring.
