Lovely room. Comfy bed. Shower was fantastic, would definitely stay there again. Fantastic customer service Staff were really friendly and accomadation Would definitely recommend it to others who want to stay in london

Only complaint is that we had called reception and asked for a few items (they have a sticker in the bathroom that lists complimentary items available) but when we called they said they do not provide these items and we should purchase them from a vending machine on the property instead.
