Great hotel with friendly staff located close to Waterloo Station. The breakfasts are very good and the staff could not be more accommodating (they have agreed to a 1pm checkout every time I have asked). I look forward to my stay here every time I am in London.

The hotel was well maintained. Umisha at the front desk was lovely and very friendly. There is NO parking anywhere, dropping off bags from our rental was a bit difficult. Waterloo station is a short walk. The beds are very firm and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would stay there again!

Easily accessible to numerous tourist spots. Museums, tons of restaurants and pubs. Hotel offers a wonderful breakfast for free! We had the lamb at the restaurant. It was awesome.
