Great location with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning and hot water pressure. Can easily recommend to anyone. Close to underground, shops, pubs etc.

Clean accommodations in super location close to Earls Court station. It's small but sufficient. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but the double bed upstairs is fine. Best for two people only.

La chambre B17 est située sous le trottoir et il n’y avait pas de fenêtre. On a un peu l’impression d’être dans un donjon. Pour deux personnes, c’est un appartement minuscule. Je ne recommande aucunement les appartements situés Lower Ground.

The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet brush was dirty and not cleaned after use from the previous visitors also they didn’t leave a new sponge for the dishes, this was very disappointing as we stayed here before and didn’t have this experience. The building is very noisy, as I stated we stayed here before and both times the neighbors were very noisy at unusual times very early in the morning and the middle of the night which was very disturbing. We won’t come back here again.

Great host and location. Studio was a reasonable size, not big but not tiny. Room was an odd layout, especially the bedroom and lacked lamps, only the main light and no beside furniture. Closet in the kitchen/dining area.

Our first time staying here and it wont be our last. It’s very clean, modern and well looked after and a perfect location. The front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The first room had plenty of black mold and the second one was the same. Nothing about our room was luxurious as they advertised. It smelled musty and the furnishing sparse. We were told not to book the lower level rooms if we wanted a better suite. That definitely did not match what they advertised. On the positive side the location was excellent.
