Staff are friendly and helpful. GREAT Location. Rooms are dated and could be upgraded, especially the carpeting, but that is probably the reason for it being such a good value.

This is a 200 year old historical property with a lot of charm. The staff loves this hotel and you can tell. Next time in London I am staying here
