It was in an extremely central location in all directions; only thing I would, would be to have a small fridge in each room, some of us have medication that needs to be refridgerated.

The hotel room was very small but the location was great for the money. The staff was very friendly and the free club room for coffee and tea was very nice. The bar at the hotel is nice for a convenient night cap.

Its a great property! Just in the center of London, everywhere around is walkable. Its clean and nice but its time for an update. Staff is great!

This was my second stay at Club Quarters Trafalgar Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the hotel and it was quite. There are two things that I really like about this hotel. First, it is very close to Embankment tube station. You can easily get to the London Tube and quickly get around the city. Second, this hotel has a small laundry facility that is free for guests to use. Really like that!

I stayed here for a marathon, and it was very conveniently located in the heart of London. The only complaint is that there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom. Otherwise, the service is fantastic, and you can't beat the location!

My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day.

It would be nice to have breakfast (Continental) included with the room rate and upgrade to larger breakfast as needed. The Continental breakfast had no protein other than dairy based while we were there and one of us has dairy intolerance.

Great location- very walkable. Hotel staff were amazing- very friendly and always happy to help. Room was very nice- spacious and clean, with a small mini fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay next visit to London.

The hotel was basic and not very cozy . Doesn't offer 24 hours rooms service. Not a mini bar fridge. The staff at the frond desk not the best friendly peoples. Again the guests need to get up and get everything in their own. I rather stay again at Piccadilly West end. Best hotel in central london. Additional if you need your room clean you need to call by 10am otherwise they wont give you the services. You will be close to trafalgar Square 3 minutes walking. Piccadilly circus 10 minutes. London eyes 11 minutes. Unfortunately the hotel just offers you the bed and thats it. Big hotel but poorly services. Guest needs 24 hours room services. Thank you. I stayed 8 nights.

Great hotel in a central location. Easy access to several tube stations. The coffee room was great as well. Hotel was also very sound proof surprisingly where I felt we never heard any noise from the busy area outside. Staff were great and helpful as well. I would stay here again!

Excellent location; easy walk to most major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with everything. Room was comfortable; street noise was a little loud at times. Absolutely will stay there again.

A really great value given its location and rooms. The wood paneled lounge, with its desks and free coffee machine, is especially great if you have work to do, or for a little caffeinated recharge.
