The room was clean and the staff was nice and it was as always great to have an ensuite bathroom. The biggest selling point is it is less than a 5-minute walk to a tube station on the Elizabeth line. Breakfast was all right. Better than most that I've had in Europe.

The main thing that works for this facility are the staffs! This over compensates for the reality that it is a older property. The staffs are warm, pleasant, available, willing and very supportive. one of the ladies at the receptions blew me away when she willingly helped to carry my luggages to the 1st floor since their is not lift. I think her name is Icra or similar. Thank you. And the price is fair for what you get.

Budget hotel with plenty of others on the street. Its cheap and cheerful. There is some free parking but doubt there is enough for everyone. We were lucky and got a space. Our room was small and only had a sky light. It was clean though. The shower doors weren't on their runners properly and the safe didn't work. The staff were very helpful in resolving matters. Pleasant breakfast room and the food was perfectly fine taking into account the price we paid. Location is good being a very short walk to the high street shopping centre and train station. Ideal for a base for heading into London on the Elizabeth line.

Well located five minutes from Ilford station and the Elizabeth line directly into central London. Staff were nice and checkin was quick and simple. As we’ve found with other Best Western the rooms were basic and could do with a refresh but to be expected given the price. Wouldn’t stop me booking again when on a budget.
