The receptionist Mr Fahim was Amazing. He was so friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend the hotel if the price is 60£ or less.

Great Experience, the property is always clean and well maintained, stayed alot of times with them only one time there was a miscommunication due to my booking but the manager clarified that also.

The member of staff that checked me in tried to give me a smaller room than i paid for and tried to gaslight me into thinking all the rooms were the same size and the same price when they clearly weren't. It took a 10 minute back and forth to get what i paid for. The other members of staff, however, were nice.
